We have a first hand appreciation for our Military, Police and First Responders and highly suggest individuals in these professions to visit a class to see how they can directly benefit from training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Ask about our discounts for these professions
Kids Program Detail: Jiu-Jitsu helps children to build confidence, character and overall strength, while improving their communication and listening skills
Woman Only Program Detail: Strength Classes - Train your body, mind and spirit in a no judgment and supportive atmosphere. Enjoy a mix of traditional strength training and functional fitness mixed with fun and challenging exercises to build your strength, balance and overall health. Cardio Kickbox - Build basic self defense skills and crush calories in this 1 hour cardio kickboxing class.
