Details: Minnesota Kali Group was founded in Minneapolis by Guro (Filipino word for teacher) Rick Faye in 1982. He is a student of Guro Dan Inosanto. We use the drill-based structures developed at their schools to improve attributes such as distance, timing, speed, and coordination. The MKG Phase program is our signature training method at the Minnesota Kali Group, blending five primary arts - Kali, Thai Boxing, JKD, Panantukan and Mixed Grappling. Our goal is to create more peaceful, more functional people for a more peaceful, more functional world.
