Located in the heart of Venice, California, we specialize in making Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu accessible to everyone—whether you’ve never trained before or you’re looking to level up your skills. Our programs focus on: Beginner-friendly BJJ classes Kids martial arts and confidence building Self-defense training Strength, conditioning, and mindset development At Kaizen, we follow a “continuous improvement” philosophy—helping students get 1% better every day on and off the mats.
